Exclude customer credits from Microsoft Azure billing

In addition to subscription details, Microsoft Azure shares customer credit and cancellation details in the invoice file for AppDirect IaaS billing. Credits are available for all subscription types, including pay-as-you-go and licensed-based subscriptions, such as NCE (New Commerce Experience). However, credits can also be negative charges that are accrued because of service outages and these have to be excluded from invoicing.

With this release, AppDirect Iaas Billing supports the option to exclude such credits and cancellation (identified as CustomerCredit or CancelImmediate) from the invoicing.
